Gary D. Fields (Retired)

After forming the Law Office of Gary D. Fields in 1994 and focusing his representation on all types and sizes of community associations throughout South Florida, Gary has officially retired from the practice of law as of April 1, 2023. Though Gary misses the long-standing relationships that he formed with all of his clients, Gary is enjoying his time by writing, traveling and spending time with family.

During his career, Gary served as Chairman, Media Liaison and Volunteer Legal Advisor to C.A.R. (Citizens for Airport Relocation), which was a six-thousand-member volunteer organization based in Palm Beach Gardens and dedicated to controlling the impact of the North County Airport during its planning and implementation.

Gary also served on the founding board of the PGA National community newspaper and civic organization (known as “C.A.N.”), which has served to keep the local community informed and involved with all important civic issues.

Gary was twice appointed to the City of Palm Beach Gardens Charter Review Committee, and he also served as an advisor to the City of Palm Beach Gardens on sports facilities planning.
